Job Overview

Due to the genuine growth of the performance marketing team at BrightHR, an exciting new role is available for a passionate, analytical, and highly organised Web & CRO Specialist. Reporting to the Associate Director of Digital Performance and working closely with the Chief Marketing Officer, you will play a key role in sales growth by managing and optimising the website as a key strategic channel in the BrightHR customer journey.

As the web and CRO specialist for BrightHR, you will act as the guardian and online product owner, ensuring a best-in-class customer experience (CX) for both new and returning visitors, with intention to improve visitor to lead conversion and overall sales targets. Working as part of the digital team your key priorities will be to deliver high performing experiences for new versus returning visitors, PPC pages, e-commerce versus form fill journeys, and thought-leadership content areas.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Own the CRO strategy and roadmap, creating new solutions, experiments, and tests.

  • Be the ‘keeper of the keys’ for the website CMS, contributing, optimising, and decommissioning content across all BrightHR territories.

  • Work with internal UX designers and developers for upcoming page rebuilds and redesigns.

  • Design impactful CRO tests with the support of in-house web developers. Create, analyse, and action conversion rate optimisation tests.

  • Proactively work with key marketing channels to drive ultimate reach, traffic and conversion such as SEO, PPC, social media and PR.

  • Monitor, assess, and report on website performance and experiments.

  • Utilise Hotjar to monitor and understand customer behaviour onsite and make recommendations to improve the lead conversion performance.

  • Continuously improve the user experience and conversion rates by building hypotheses, testing and measuring results.

  • Conduct user research and usability studies and implement key findings / user requirements.

  • Conduct competitor research to understand their website journeys and communicate learnings

  • Produce digital performance reports.

What you bring to the Team

  • • A data-driven and commercial mindset with knowledge of CRO, web design and UX principles to deliver user outcomes.

  • • Strong working knowledge Google Analytics.

  • • Experience managing website CMS’s.

  • • Experience with user behaviour monitoring tools such as Hotjar or VWO.

  • • Experience with personalisation tools preferred.

  • • Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

  • • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team is a must.
